MAKE A RESERVATION

Pizzicotto is open for dinner 6 days a week Tuesday to Sunday.

While we do accept walk in’s where possible, we strongly encourage you to make a reservation to guarantee availability, and avoid dissapointment.

For larger group bookings greater than 8 people please contact us directly on 9374 3115 or email hello@pizzicotto.com.au.

We offer reservations for the following set seating times:
  • Express Early Dining seating - 5pm to 6pm strict 1 hour seating
  • Dinner seating- 6pm to 7.30pm strict 1.5 hour seating
  • Dinner seating - 7.30pm (7.40pm fri & sat) to close 1.5 hour seating

Reservation Terms, Conditions & Information

Duration of Reservation

  • Express Early Dining Seating - Commencing at 5pm - strict 1 hour seating time allocated - kindly return the table by 6pm

  • Dinner Seating - Commencing at 6pm - strict 1.5 hour seating time allocated - kindly return the table by 7.30pm

  • Dinner Seating - Commencing at 7.30 / 7.40pm - approx 1.5 hour seating time allocated untill close

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation as we may not be able to accommodate early arrivals or provide extended seating times if running late.

We appreciate your understanding and co-operation by returning your table at your reservation end time or prior, as the table may be re-booked thereafter.

Confirmation | Changes | Cancellations

You will receive confirmation and details of your reservation via email / SMS. Please follow the links provided to confirm, make any changes, reschedule or cancel your reservation or contact us on 9374 3115

We reserve the right to cancel any reservations that have not been confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time after we have made all reasonable attempts to contact you.

Late Arrival

Kindly contact us on 9374 3115 to advise if you are running late for your reservation. Your reservation will be held for 15 minutes, if you fail to notify us that you will be late, after such time we reserve the right to to release your table to our wait list.

While we are unable to provide extended seating time for late arrival, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining allocated reservation time.

Reservation Requests

Any specific requests can be made by selecting the relevant options and in the notes section when making a reservation.

We will try our best to accommodate you requests, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Dietary / Allergy Requirements

We can cater for various dietary / allergy requirements. Please specify any requests when making your reservation and again with our friendly staff.

We have a range of vegan / vegetarian options and our pizza’s and pasta’s can be made gluten free. We are happy to modify our menu items where possible to accommodate.

Our chicken and beef is halal.

NOTE: Food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and other known allergens may be present. Although all care and caution is taken to minimise any risks of cross contamination, we can not guarantee items will be allergen free, as they may contain traces.

Highchair / Prams

Highchairs - we are able to provide highchairs if requested. When making a reservation please include highchair in total number of guests when making reservation and select highchair tick box

Prams – unfortunately as we are a small venue, we are unable to accommodate prams.

Wheelchair Accessibility

Our restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Please advise by selecting the option when making a reservation if a guest requires wheelchair accessibility.

BYO

We do not offer BYO and kindly ask that guests do not bring external food or beverages into the venue.

We have a wonderful range of wines available which have been carefully selected to complement and pair with our food offerings.

Celebration Cakes

You are welcome to bring your own celebration cake. We can also arrange some of our desserts as an alternative. Feel free to email or call us to discuss further.

Communication

If you use our Sites and Services, you will receive communication via electronic messages, including email, text message/SMS, or mobile push notifications in accordance with the venue's privacy policy [{{venueUrl}}]({{venueUrl}}). If you no longer want to be part of the venues customer database or to be contacted in this manner, please contact the venue in which you made the reservation to be removed.
